If you have an active bonus balance, withdrawals may be held until the rollover requirement is met. Once the rollover is complete, withdrawals can be processed without restriction. MCWL does not charge any platform fees on deposits or withdrawals — though charges from payment networks may apply.
In the event of unusual or suspicious transactions, MCWL reserves the right to temporarily suspend an account pending verification. Normal account activity resumes once the review is complete.

Understanding rollover is important: When you accept a bonus, you need to wager a specified amount before any winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn — this is called a rollover. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 10x rollover means you must place ৳10,000 in bets before those winnings become withdrawable.
Claiming the same bonus multiple times, using multiple accounts to collect bonuses, or exploiting system loopholes to abuse promotions all violate MCWL's policies. If any such activity is detected, the bonus may be forfeited and the account suspended.
Once a bet is confirmed on MCWL, it cannot be cancelled — unless the match or event is affected by an unavoidable circumstance. For live betting, you can use the Cash Out feature to settle your bet early.
If a match or event is cancelled, postponed, or left incomplete, the stake for that bet will be refunded. For a parlay bet, if one match is cancelled, that leg is removed and the remaining matches are settled as usual.
If incorrect odds are displayed in the system, MCWL reserves the right to void or correct the affected bet. This kind of situation is very rare — but if it does occur, the member will be informed and the original stake refunded.
Any bet associated with the deliberate manipulation of a sporting event's outcome is considered invalid by MCWL. The bet will be voided and the account may be permanently closed.
MCWL takes the protection of member data extremely seriously. All transactions are secured with 256-bit SSL encryption. Your personal information, payment details, and betting history are never sold or shared with any third party.
No MCWL staff member will ever ask for your password, OTP, or PIN. If anyone requests this information, it is a fraud attempt — do not share it and report it to support@mcwl.best immediately.
